Smoking Area for Pub in Bracknell The work was carried out in February 2008, and was a new smoking are at the rear of the site. All works were carried out whilst the pub wastrading and the contract value was 40K in for weeks.
The Royal Oak Pub Chippenham Another rather large smoking area at the Front of this site The work took 6 weeks and it was carried out at the point of all the floods in 2007 and labour had to be pulled off to help other sites. Approx value of complete job was £40K.
The Windmill SwindonComplete decked area on the existing garden at the rear of The Windmill at Swindon. The work took Huey construction around 3 weeks to complete and the total job value was 25K. All works were completed by June 2007.
The White Horse Emmer GreenNew raised Patio area to the rear beer garden area.Works took 2 weeks and the total job price was 15K. All works carried out with the Huey Construction Guys, and as you can see we have used our own Digger and Dumper.

The OutlookThe job started on the 17th of March 2007 and is to fully refurbishment all of trading the areas.The site will be renamed the Copa and should be open for trading again on the 10th of April 2007. The package is a 300K spend, with about 150-160K being builders work for us.We would have a working foreman on this site, and all the lads will be there during the construction period as this is about the limit of work we can cope with over 3 weeks and a couple of days.
